We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Lead to oversee our organization’s technology infrastructure, systems, and digital initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and system security
- Plan, implement, and manage IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place
- Manage ERP/HRIS/Business applications and ensure system integration
🔹 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT operations and leadership roles
